I have been impressed by many things since we met you. Believe it or not the comment Jim made about you picking up trash instead of walking around it when you worked for him was the first thing. When we looked at the house in Grain Valley I thought the quality of it stood out over the other new houses we looked at. Then we went to pick out carpet & tile and I found out the carpet you use is several steps above builders grade. Tonight when I looked up the house wrap it was also a step above builders grade.
